A personal message to Lil' Orbits customers, suppliers and friends from Charlie Anderson, CEO of Lil' Orbits and son of Ed Anderson:
It is with profound sadness that I inform you of the passing of our founder Ed Anderson on March 19, 2009. As many of you know, Ed's vision and inventiveness have been driving forces behind Lil' Orbits for thirty-five years. His invention of the Lil' Orbits mini-donut machine and delicious Lil' Orbits donut mix produced a new snack food idea that has circled the globe since operations began in 1974. Those developments, and many Lil' Orbits product developments since then, have allowed thousands of Lil' Orbits operators to establish their own businesses, now found in over 100 countries. Their successes, and the success of Lil' Orbits, are results of Ed's leadership and pioneering spirit.
While active in the business until recently, Ed long supported and encouraged the development of our Lil' Orbits staff that now carries on the tradition of excellence that he established so long ago. We are forever indebted to him. |
