The New, Go-Anywhere Machine!
The SS1200-G produces the same output as the electric SS1200 donut machine, but runs portably off a deep-cycle marine battery and a 20 lb. propane tank.

Conversion Kit:
Turn your gas machine
into an electric machine |
If you think you might need to use your donut machine both indoors and out, the SS1200-G may be the best solution for you.
With our SS1200-C Conversion kit, the SS1200-G machine can quickly be converted back to full electric power like our standard SS1200 machine, allowing you to take advantage of locations where electricty is already provided and indoor events where propane is not allowed.
The kit includes a fry tank and electric heating control head available in both 115VAC and 220-240VAC.
Ask your business advisor how the conversion kit can help increase your profits! |
By using our quick-change hopper system, the SS1200-G will produce donuts in 4 different sizes. Simply exchange the hopper bowl and piston combination to produce a different size.
Here's what you can produce:
- HP1200 Hopper produces 1200 Mini-Donuts per hour (1-5/8" or 41mm diameter)
- HP14S Hopper produces 320 Small Donuts per hour (2-1/4" or 57mm diameter)
- HP716S Hopper produces 210 Medium Donuts per hour (2-1/2" or 63mm diameter)
- HP916S Hopper produces 160 Large Donuts per hour (3" or 76mm diameter)

Operation:
Heating Methods: "In Shot" type. The gas jet is injected into a 'U' shaped stainless steel tube which is immersed in the oil and hermetically welded within the fry tank. Cooking temperature (375° F or 190° C) is reached in less than 30 minutes. The "in shot" system is more safe and efficient than open flame burners, which radiate heat rather than "injecting" heat.
Heating Module: The module is attached to the end of the "in shot" tube and has a net output of 8,500 BTU. This module includes an automatic igniter which shuts the system down if ignition does not occur within six seconds. Should oil temperature exceed 425°F (268° C) or should the temperature head be removed, the unit automatically shuts down. |
One 20 lb. (9kg) tank of propane will power the machine for 40 hours. Machine includes regulator and hose (tank not included).
Inverter. This module is powered by a 12V deep-cycle battery and has an output of either 115V, 60Hz (Model V800-115) or 220V, 50Hz (Model V800-220). This powers the control motors and a 100 ampere/hour battery will last about 8-9 hours before recharging (battery not included).
Note: You may also power your mixer with the above inverters. Both V800-115 and V800-220 feature two outlets. Continuous output is 800 watts. |
Features:
Safety-Proven Design...operated with standard propane tank. Both models include many fail-safe devices to prevent misuse.
Quick Hookup...simply fill machine with shortening. Attach gas line to heating module. Plug in power cord to our specially designed inverter which is powered by a 12V battery, and you are in business.
Lightweight...the entire machine weighs only 90lbs. (41kg). All major components are detachable without tools.
Quick-Change Hopper System...convert to make another size donut in minutes.
